The Department's description

Detached three-bay single Victorian house built c.1850.Although the building retains original stone and timber detailing to exterior,windows have been replaced and the interior has been sub-divided with few details remaining. The house was not listed during the first survey and still does not meet listing criteria.

This building was recorded in the First Survey but not listed. It was deemed to be only worth a partial survey when the Second Survey occurred. See Exterior description.
