Two storey red brick Victorian terace on the west side of the Shore Road. The houses are in poor condition with the majority of windows and doors replaced. The terrace was not listed during the first survey, the replacement fabric has compromised its character and it does not meet the statutory and policy tests as a building of special architectural or historic interest.
