Exterior description and setting
A detached three-bay two-storey stone farmhouse, built c.1840, converted into offices for the Courtyard Theatre of Newtownabbey. Most external detailing remains but the roof now features solar panels, the architraves of the square-headed windows have been removed and the windows replaced with uPVC casements.

A detached three-bay two-storey stone farmhouse, built c.1840, converted into offices for the Courtyard Theatre of Newtownabbey. There have been extensive alterations and the building is no longer of sufficient historic or architectural interest to merit listing.
