Exterior description and setting
The site of St. Mary’s old church, built c.1826, located within graveyard to south of Parochial House at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, Moneyglass. The church was demolished c.1980, and only the four corners remain. The walls are roughcast but this is now crumbling and there is evidence of the random rubble stonework structure, but otherwise nothing of interest remains. The ruins are used for planting in the graveyard.
