This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey.
A symmetrical two-storey three-bay mid-nineteenth century farmhouse, located in Bottier Td on the Grove Hill Road. Hipped roof, stucco walling with quoins, and elliptical headed entrance with spoked fanlight. The house has been refenstrated resulting in the erosion of it any special interest it may have possessed, and is of a type common to the area.
