This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey.

A two-storey block of two terraced houses, situated on the south side of Main Street in Moira town centre. Significantly altered over the years, number 55 is now a shop with a completely refurbished interior, the exterior of the terrrace has no important group value characteristics.
