This symmetrical Victorian house, located on Dunmurry Lane, Dunmurry. Pitched roof with central dormer, stucco walling with Giant order pilasters and classically styled porch, was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Since then the building has been demolished and this partial record was made during the second Survey.
