Exterior description and setting
A nineteenth-century single-storey gate lodge located at the entrance to The Grove, Moyallen Road, Gilford. Hipped roof, coursed squared stone walling and granite quoins. There is an extension and replacement fabric including uPVC windows.

A nineteenth-century single-storey gate lodge located at the entrance to The Grove, Moyallen Road, Gilford. Hipped roof, coursed squared stone walling and granite quoins. An extension and replacement fabric including uPVC windows have significantly compromised the integrity of the building. It is not worthy of detailed record.
