This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey.

A detached two-storey three-bay symmetrical farmhouse, remodelled in the latter half of the eighteenth-century. Located down a small lane on Burren Road, Ballynahinch. Some recent alterations to rear, including replacement fenestration.
