Exterior description and setting
This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Only a Partial Survey was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Second Survey.
A symmetrical two-storey three-bay late Victorian house, located on Springhill Road. Hillsborough. Comparison with first survey images shows significant alteration to the house and the site around it, however, close comparison of details indicates that it is in fact the same house. Pitched roof has been replaced with hipped roof, windows have been replaced with uPVC and the house has lost most of its historic character.
