This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. A two-storey semi-detached late-nineteenth century house located on Ballynahinch Street in Hillsborough town centre. The building has been significantly altered over the years and the original character is much diminished. There is a large modern extension to rear and replacement fenestration throughout.
