This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Only a Partial Survey was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Second Survey.
A single-storey vernacular dwelling, located on Old Road Loughrelisk at Ballinderry Upper. The cottage has been altered and extended. It is re-rendered with a tin roof, has replacement fenestration throughout and is extended to east to incorporate a neighbouring single-storey outbuilding. The original proportions and character have been lost.
