Evaluation

An early nineteenth century single-storey gentleman’s residence with attic, located on Ballinderry Road, Magheragall Td. Although retaining original proportions to the principal elevation, the house has been subjected to an extensive renovation programme and its special character has been significantly eroded.

Building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey.
