This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Since then the building has been demolished and this partial record was taken in the second survey. Formerly a two-storey three-bay vernacular farmhouse with attached outbuildings and unusual double-height porch outshot and horizontally divided sashes, street fronted on Stoneyford Road, Lisburn. Likely to date from the early nineteenth century.
