This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. A detached two-storey rubble stone house with outbuildings, most likely pre-dating 1800 and later remodelled. The house has been refurbished and an extension added to the principal elevation.
