The Department's description

A former asymmetrical two-storey two-bay vernacular farmhouse with traditional grouping of outbuildings, now demolished and replaced with a modern house.

The First Survey card indicates that it was post 1859 A two storey house with harled and whitened walls and gabled slated roof and central chimney. The entrance was in a small porch and the windows were sliding sash of Geporgian appearance.
Previous buiding appears on OS maps of 1833 and 1859. Presetn building on 1902-03.
