‘‘Post 1861. 2 - storey dwelling & office, single storey sheds. Slated roofs. Greystone walls with brick dressings. 290' frontage. Poor condition.

Built by Robert McClelland as weaving factory, occupied by Todd Bros. & now used for fowl.
