The First Survey card records:
‘c.1830. 3-storey. Slated roof. Rendered walls. g.b. to upper windows. Shop & cart entrance on ground floor.
Saddler. Business established in 1783 other side of Newry Street. Storey added early C.20.
Appears on O.S. map of 1861 in present form.
