A former four-storey rubble stone warehouse building, located near Bridge St, Banbridge. Now demolished.

The First Survey card records:

‘c.1790. 4 storey. Slated roof. Rubble & brick walls, colour washed. Altered fenestration.

Former water-powered flour mill.
