A modern representation of a nineteenth century two-storey terrace, with parapet and rendered walling.

The First Survey card records:

'Late C.19. Terrace of 2, 3-storey & 2, 2-storey houses. Slated roofs. Roughcast walls. Horiz. g.b. to windows. Pilasters doorcases with cornices, decorative pediments 919 & 43) 7 garland (43 ply). Moulded architraves to 1st floor windows. 80' o/a frontage.
