Exterior description and setting
The two-storey three-bay building early nineteenth-century building shown in the First Survey image has been demolished and replaced by a three-storey apartment block.
The First Survey card records:
‘c. 1830. 2 – storey. Slated roof. Rendered walls with quoins. D/H windows with horizon. g.b. doorcase with pilasters, half length sidelights and fanlight. 1ST F. windows have moulded architraves. G.F bay windows added after 1861.
