The Department's description

A former single-storey hearth-lobby-entry vernacular house with attic, pre-dating 1833 with later porch; pitched corrugated asbestos roof, whitened roughcast walling and timber sash windows, now demolished and replaced with a modern house.

The First Survey card records:

‘Single/sty cottage with attic. Roof cor/asbestos, gable ends. Chimneys rendered on brick. Wall r/cast. W. front has 4 D/H windows, Georgn panes. Smooth green painted cement facings. Projecting rendered porch, flat roof mld. eaves & blocking course. Flush panel door. Attic window in gables.
Condition poorish & unoccupied. Front about 45 ft
