The Department's description

A terrace of three three-storey/ two-bay dwellings on the west side of Dominic St.

Pitched natural slate roofs with rendered chimneys and metal rainwater goods. Facades are cement-rendered. With the exception of the windows of no.57, all windows and doors are modern replacements. The windows of no.57 are all sliding sashes with horns: ground floor - 8/8 window to left of door; first floor - two 6/6 windows; second floor - two 3/3 windows.

None of these houses are cited in the 1863 Second Valuation book. They first appear in the Valuation Revision of 1866, all having an identical valuation of £9. This suggests they were built as a group in the mid 1860s.

Not listed

Not listed

A terrace of three three-storey/ two-bay dwellings. Abutting no.61 (HB16/29/004), this terrace has some streetscape value when viewed as a group. However, the loss of architectural detailing on each individual property means they are not of special architectural or historic interest.
