Two storey four bay farmhouse with single storey monopitched roof rear return. Three irregularly spaced windows to FF front façade in-line with three windows to GF. Projecting gabled entrance porch off centre to front. Two equally spaced mid ridge red brick chimneys. UPVC sash windows to front and casements to rear. UPVC RWGs. Natural slate roof and painted smooth render finish with raised quoins and window surrounds.
