This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. The building has lost a substantial amount of original fabric due to the replacement of windows, doors and roof
Complete renovation. One-and-a-half-storey four-bay pitched roof dwelling with projecting gabled porch to front SW and a flat roofed extension to SE. Three half dormers to fibre cement tile roof and a rectangular section mid-ridge chimney. uPVC casement windows and doors. uPVC RWGs and pebbledash render throughout.
