The Department's description

Boundary stone at junction of Leitrim, Rostrevor Mountains and Mourne Mountains West townlands (just inside the last). Comprises an unworked three-sided granite stone. Incised on its west face (i.e. to Rostrevor Mountains td) is 'Ross'. Incised on north face (i.e. to Leitrim td) is 'Batt'. To east face is 'Kilmorey' (upside down). All are in capitals. The boundary with Leitrim townland is a low rubble stone wall with post and wire fence over. That between Rostrevor and Mourne is a post and wire fence only.

Not marked on any OS 6" map. Probably of 19th century date. See also Batt boundary stone to east of Hilltown (HB16/07/050).
