Two storey five bay former police station, now a pair of rendered dwellings with overhanging eaves, hipped roof and three prominent chimneys. Three central arched niches and continuous string course at FF cill level. Georgian-paned sash windows and cast iron RWGs. Within Rostrevor Conservation Area.
