This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey.
Large rectangular structure with brick arcading to front wall having granite infill on coursed granite plinth and chamfered string. Crenellated parapet over corbelled string course. Remaining walls are overgrown and without coping internally, walls are of coursed rubble stonework. New house set within walls utilising internal area as garden.
