The Department's description

Demolished with a modern replacement dwelling on the site.

Description in 1972 HMBB survey card states, ' A one and half storey, double-pile, harled and colour washed with rectangular decorated fanlight is flanked either side by a twelve paned sashed window.'

Building shown at this location on 1834 OS 6” map. Demolished for a replacement dwelling in 1974.
