The Department's description

Set of three gates serving house and yards at 55 Benagh Road, Kilkeel

A) A pair of rubble stone circular piers c.2m high, harled and whitewashed with conical caps, each with a rounded boulder finial. The gate is a modern pedestrian gate giving access to the front garden of the house.

B) Serving rear yard. A pair of piers, as above c. 2.5m high. The gates are a pair of flat iron traditional designs with dog bars to bottom half.

C) Giving access from the rear yard to the inner one. A pair of piers, as above, c. 2.5m. The gates are a pair of flat iron traditional designs with all bars running the full height.
