The Department's description

A three-bay/ two-storey house facing north with single storey rear return.

Roofs of house and return are gabled with natural slate. House has gable with small bargeboard to centre of façade. Two chimneys, one on each party wall on either side of central bay. Metal rainwater goods. Walls are dashed and painted with smooth cement edges to windows, door and corners.

North elevation has projecting central bay (under eaves gable) with central door, window above and datestone (1907) in gable. Two windows to both left and right bays (one to each floor). West gable is plain. At rear, a return abuts the centre and right bays; left bay has modern door, window to left, with one window on first floor.

The return has two windows and one central door on front elevation.

Original wrought iron gate and rubble walling to small front garden.

The rear return is shown on 1834 OS 6” map. Datestone shows main house to have been added in 1907.
