The Department's description

Replacement dwelling – all traces of original house gone.

Recorded in HMBB survey card of 1972 as “Harled and whitened cottage with roped thatched roof. Windows are sashed. West gable rises to a chimney stack. Corrugated iron roofed bungalow beside. Half door to thatched cottage is flanked to west by a plain sashed window and to east by a sashed window with vertical divisions. There is a plainer light to rear. Gable hearth with pot crane.'
