The Department's description

Two-storey house on east side of road facing north west. Roof is coped, gabled and has natural slates. There is a chimney to right gable and one between first and second bay, both of rock face ashlar granite laid in courses with projecting copping. Walls are cement rendered.

Door is modern with modern side light to left. Two windows to left, and one to right. Four windows directly in line on first floor. All are 6/6 sliding sash, with granite cills.

This building first appears on the 1900-01 OS 6” map. As it is not on the 1859 edition, it is therefore of later 19th century date.

This building is one of the few in Annalong that retains its original external character. The cement render on the walls and completely altered interior render it unworthy of listing.
