The Department's description

This building was recorded on the HMBB survey card of 1972 as 'A two storey harled and whitened house with projecting lean-to porch flanked either side by unrecessed sash windows with three panes in either sash. Two windows above of reduced size. Slate roof and rendered chimney on either gable. Corrugated iron roofed lean-to to south, of square granite construction. Two small plain sash windows to rear. Granite outbuildings, part whitened, extend eastwards' .

It has recently been cleared for a replacement dwelling.
