This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Only a Partial Survey was taken during the Second Survey as it is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Second Survey.
Single-storey formalised vernacular house of seemingly pre-1835 construction, which had its thatched roof replaced with slate and chimneys rebuilt in the early 1900s, and whose window frames have recently been replaced with PVC.
