Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full survey
Typical late Victorian detached double-fronted residence of 1884-85, with full-height canted bays and stucco finish. Latterly used as offices, the building had most of its original window frames replaced in the late 1900s.
