This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Only a Partial Survey was taken during the Second Survey as the building has been demolished.
Location of unusual, asymmetric, concrete constructed and seemingly flat-roofed, part two and part single-storey house of c.1885, with additional outbuildings of c.1900 and mid-20th century changes to some windows. The building was demolished c.2020 and a new house now occupies the site.
