Historical information
Built c 1925 as a Royal Ulster Constabulary police barracks to the design of the architects of the Northern Ireland Office of Works under its chief architect at the time, Roland Ingleby Smith. It was one of a number of standard designs, or variations thereof, used throughout Northern Ireland in the 1920s and 1930s.
