First appears in the valuation revision book entry of 1903.
The gate lodge was demolished shortly after the first HMBB survey in 1987. The survey card describes the building thus: “Two bay one and a half storey gate house to Annaghard House. Chimney: single centre red brick. Roof: Natural slate, pitched. Walls: white washed wet dash. Windows: Front left – 2 pane, front right – six pane sliding sash.”
