Block 2, Main Street, Drumquin is not deemed to meet the criteria required to be worthy of a full survey as it has been demolished and replaced.

The First Survey card states:

'2/sty house & pub. Roof slated, gabled ends, stone chimneys. Wall rendered, lined & painted. Stone quoins painted. 5 F/FL & 3 Grd/Fl D/H windows, horizon. astrags, louvred shutters. House door almost under 3rd window. glazed & panelled plain fanlight mld architrave. Pub front under last 2 R/H windows has 2 square windows with central glazed & panelled door. Plain mullions - signboard over all.

Condition fair. Frontage about 43 ft
