The building has been replaced with a modern bungalow.

The First Survey card records:

'Single storey house with projecting square porch & thatched roof & with extension to R/H with rusted cor/iron roof. Main house has D/H windows, one with vertic astrags, one without astrags. Porch has central D/H windows, no astrags. Sheeted door on R/H side of porch. Extension has 2 long casement windows. Walls rough rendered.
Condition fair to poor. Front about 50ft.
