Four outlets from the cistern to the basin: two original spouts still intact; one spout missing; one replaced by a modern chromium tap. Fountain not functioning. It stands prominently sited in a public place on a concrete promenade at the corner of a road running along the shore of Larne Lough at the edge of the built-up area of the town.
