Exterior description and setting
A cow tail closed head lever type pump with a plain spirally decorated column and a fluted cap. It is partially demolished and is situated in a roadside alcove near three semi detached houses.
Historical information
Nothing on the 1903 OS 25 inch map (PRONI Ref OS 10/1/20/1/1), and houses only on the 1920 edition (/2). Further particulars in the EHS Report 'Water Pumps in Northern Ireland: A Preliminary Survey' by Fred Hammond, January 1997, Pumps no 54.

Evaluation
This partially demolished water pump is a reminder of when drinking water was only available from public places. Its incomplete condition precludes listing. There are other better listed examples.
