Only a partial record of this building was taken during the Second Survey. Whilst of local significance, it has been partially rebuilt and modernised and does not retain sufficient fabric and features of special interest to warrant a full survey.
2 1/2 storey, 8 bay building formerly "Glenariff Inn" rendered with window surrounds. Fibre cement roof covering. Rear elevation replaced with concrete block. Vacant and derelict at the time of the survey (2014).
