Exterior description and setting
A cow tail closed head lever pump with a plain shaped spirally decorated column and a fluted cap with an acorn finial. It is inscribed R Jamison & Son Ballymoney' (plumber) around the top.
Historical information
A pump is shown on the 1921 OS 25 inch map (PRONI Ref OS 10/1/17/5/2) but not on the 1904 edition (/1). Further particulars in the EHS Report 'Water Pumps in Northern Ireland : A Preliminary Survey' by Fred Hammond, January 1997, Pump no 46.
