This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey.
A three-storey, terraced house built pre 1830. The walls are rendered, four window wide, diminished on second floor, 12 and 9 paned sashes; rendered architrave to doorway. The ground floor seems to have been rebuilt projecting slightly, windows have been replaced.
