This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Since then the building has been demolished and this partial record was made during the second Survey.
A two-storey, five bay vernacular house built pre 1831. Slate roof, lime washed render walls, 12 pane sashes windows. The building has been demolished for a replacement dwelling which has foundations only.
