The Department's description

Former thatched house renovated to be unreconisable as such. Asbestos slate roof, rendered walls, modern windows and 1970s bungalow type extension to front.

“A harled and whitened cottage with roped thatched roof and chimney on either gable. There are four small sashed windows on the front elevation” Historic Buildings records 1973. The building is indicated on the 1832 map.
