The Department's description

A 2 storey 3 bay wide house, with projecting front porch, slated and gabled with gable stacks. The entrance elevation, facing Glenedra Road has a gabled, projecting porch of recent vintage, with hardwood door and glazed screen centred on the gable. On either side a 4 pane window with top hung opening lights. At first floor 2 similar windows and a 9 pane window with top hung opening light. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth rendered plinth and smooth narrow band at quoins. Against one gable a lean-to shed with gable wall finished similarily to house. Asbestos slated roof, white PVC gutter and downpipe. 2 small chimneys on each gable.

Rear elevation 4 bays wide with door, 3 modern windows on ground floor and 3 narrower windows above.

House set back 12 metres from road verge.
