Historical information
A building is shown in this location on OSS 14 1830 but was probably a single storey thatched house. On the 1853 map a return is shown, this may indicate present structure. The building was described in 1972 as: ' A two storey 3 bay harled and colour washed house with each gable rising to a rendered chimney. The panelled door with pilasters and radial elliptical fanlight is flanked either side by a 12 pane sashed window. Upper windows are similar'.

Evaluation
A Victorian house of sufficient character to record in 1972 but not to list. It has subsequently been renovated reducing the building's historical and architectural character.
